Other Settlement Agreement

Other Settlement Agreement. Shall mean any agreement between Tenant and any landlord, or other creditor of Tenant, (aside from the Landlords hereunder) whereby Tenant is restructuring or terminating, in any way, any of Tenant's obligations, including, without limitation, lease termination agreements, lease amendments, debt refinancing agreements, etc.
