Other Severance Arrangements

Other Severance Arrangements. Means any plans, policies, guidelines, arrangements, agreements, letters and/or other communication, whether formal or informal, written or oral sponsored by the Company or any of its Affiliates and/or entered into by any representative of the Company or any of its Affiliates that might otherwise provide severance benefits upon a Covered Termination.
