OUS NonBID Development Trial Costs. Shall mean Development Costs specifically attributable to all Non-BID Studies (excluding Non-BID Studies that are not required for Marketing Approval such as Phase 3B Clinical Trials and Phase 4 Clinical Trials), other than any such Non-BID Study that is required to be undertaken to obtain Marketing Approval of Non-BID Product in the U.S.
