OutLicenses

OutLicenses. Means licenses (including standard form licenses), sublicenses, agreements, contracts, waivers, distributor agreements, reseller agreements, covenants not to sue, rights to receive royalties or any other consideration, permissions or other arrangements (whether written or oral) under which the Company has granted to any third party the right to use or otherwise exploit the Acquired Assets.
