Example Definitions of "OutofPocket Expense"
OutofPocket Expense. (whether or not capitalized in this Agreement) means an expense or cost incurred by one party which requires an actual payment to a third party (e.g. travel expenditures for airfare, lodging and meals). A Party will only be required to reimburse the other Party for out-of-pocket expenses where explicitly stated in this Agreement.
