Outplacement Services

Outplacement Services. Means professional outplacement services determined by the Employer to be suitable to the Executive's position. The maximum amount that the Employer will pay for such services is set forth on the first page of the Agreement. Outplacement Services. Means the services of a national executive outplacement service firm, the aggregate cost to the Company of which shall not exceed $50,000

Outplacement Services. Shall mean all reasonable costs and expenses associated with the engagement of an executive outplacement firm to provide executive outplacement services to the Executive.
