Outside Areas

Outside Areas. The term "Outside Areas" shall mean all areas and facilities within the Property, except for the Building and any other buildings located thereon, provided and designated by Landlord for the general use and convenience of Tenant and other tenants of all or any part of the Property, including, without limitation, parking areas, access and perimeter roads, sidewalks, landscaped areas, service areas, and trash disposal facilities.

Outside Areas. Means all areas within the Property which are located outside of the Building, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.
