Outside Date

Outside Date. Together with the Highland Outside Date, the "Outside Date"

Outside Date. Shall mean [REDACTED].

Outside Date. Means 5:00 p.m. California time on January 30, 2010.

Outside Date. Means the earlier of (a) 180 days following the date of the Closing and (b) the fifth trading day following the date on which the Company is notified by the Commission that the Registration Statement will not be reviewed or is no longer subject to further review and comments.
