Outstanding Balance

Outstanding Balance. Has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4(a) below;

Outstanding Balance. Means as of any date of determination, the Original Principal Amount, as reduced or increased, as the case may be, pursuant to the terms hereof for payment, Conversion, offset, or otherwise, plus accrued but unpaid interest, collection and enforcements costs (including attorneys' fees) incurred by Lender, transfer, stamp, issuance and similar taxes and fees related to the Note, and any other fees or charges incurred under this Note

Outstanding Balance. Shall mean, with respect to each outstanding Note, the unpaid principal amount (excluding interest) of such Note outstanding at any time;

Outstanding Balance. Shall mean the Principal Amount of this Note and any accrued and unpaid interest as of the applicable date.

Outstanding Balance. Shall mean the unpaid principal balance, all accrued interest thereon and any other amounts owing under the Note issued to the Lender under this Agreement.

Outstanding Balance. Has the meaning ascribed to it in the Note.

Outstanding Balance. Means all outstanding principal under the Note and any accrued and unpaid interest due thereon.

Outstanding Balance. The unpaid principal amount due under this Note together with any then unpaid accrued interest.

Outstanding Balance. The Purchase Price as reduced or increased, as the case may be, pursuant to the terms hereof for payment, redemption, conversion or otherwise, plus the OID, the Carried Transaction Expense Amount, accrued but unpaid interest, collection and enforcements costs, and any other fees or charges (including without limitation late charges) incurred under this Note
