Outstanding Class A-R Funded Amount. The aggregate outstanding principal amount of Borrowings funded by Class A-R Noteholders pursuant to Section 2.1 of this Agreement which have not been repaid. The Outstanding Class A-R Funded Amount shall be subject to adjustment as described in Sections 2.2 and 2.5 of this Agreement.
