Outstanding Election. Shall mean the then-current election to purchase Shares in an offering under this Plan, or that part of such an election, which has not been cancelled (including voluntary cancellation by the Employee under Section 9 and deemed cancellations under Section 14) prior to the close of business on the last Trading Day of the Offering Period.
