Outstanding Issue

Example Definitions of "Outstanding Issue"
Outstanding Issue. Shall mean the number of Shares that are outstanding immediately prior to the share issuance in question, excluding Shares issued pursuant to share compensation arrangements over the preceeding one-year period.
Outstanding Issue. Means the number of shares of capital stock of the Company that are outstanding immediately prior to any issuance of Options under this Plan or any issuance of Shares, as the case may be, excluding Shares issued pursuant to the Plan during the preceding one year period.
Outstanding Issue. The number of Class A Shares and Class B Shares of the Company that are outstanding immediately prior to the date in question and shall include any other class of participating shares of the Company outstanding on such date.
