Outstanding Loan Balance. Shall mean the outstanding principal balance of the Loan and any other amounts owed pursuant to the Security Documents.

Outstanding Loan Balance. The outstanding principal balance for a given Loan at the time of the Closing of the sale of the Underperforming Property to which such Loan relates, together with all unpaid interest (at the contract rate set forth in the applicable Note) and other sums due and unpaid in connection therewith, but excluding any prepayment premium or yield maintenance premium.
