Example Definitions of "Outstanding Shares"
Outstanding Shares. Means the total shares of Common Stock which have been issued and which (a) are not held as treasury shares, and (b) have not been cancelled or retired by the Company.

Outstanding Shares. Shall mean, as of any date, the issued and outstanding Shares as of such date, excluding any treasury Shares.
