Overadvance Note

Overadvance Note. Shall mean the promissory note of the Borrower in favor of the Overadvance Lender evidencing the Overadvance Loans provided pursuant to Section 2.1A(d), as such promissory note may be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed or replaced from time to time.

Overadvance Note. Means the Borrower's promissory note, payable to the order of the Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit I hereto and any note or notes issued in substitution therefor.
