Example Definitions of "Overadvance"
Overadvance. Shall mean an "Overadvance" as such term is defined in the Senior Lienholders Loan Agreement as in effect on the date of this Agreement.
Overadvance. Means that portion of the outstanding principal balance of the Revolving Advances that exceeds the difference of the Borrowing Base less the Overadvance Component.
Overadvance. Borrower shall be permitted to borrow on August 17, 2004, in addition to the Availability (the "Overadvance") in a single draw not to exceed $2,000,000 (the "Maximum Overadvance Amounts"). The Overadvance shall be part of the Revolving Facility, evidenced by the Revolving Note and, when aggregated with all other Advances, be subject at all times to the Facility Cap. Overadvance. Means (i) from the date of this Amendment until August 1, 2003, $200,000 and (ii) from August 2, 2003 and thereafter, zero.
Overadvance. An Overadvance is made when advances exceed the maximum outstanding Principal balance.
