OverAllotment Warrants. Shall mean [__________] Warrants to purchase [__________] shares of Common Stock, any or all of which may be purchased as part of the Units by the Representative for the Underwriters from the Company in accordance with the Underwriting Agreement. The Over-Allotment Warrants shall have identical terms and conditions to those established for the Firm Warrants, subject to their issuance in accordance with Section 2 hereof.
