Example Definitions of "Own Ownership"
Own Ownership. Stockholder shall be deemed to "OWN" or to have acquired "OWNERSHIP" of a security if Stockholder: (i) is the record owner of such security; or (ii) is the "beneficial owner" of such security (within the meaning of Rule 13d-3 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended).
Own Ownership. A person or entity shall be deemed to "Own" or to have acquired "Ownership" of securities if such person or entity, directly or indirectly, through any contract, arrangement, understanding, relationship or otherwise, has or shares voting power, which includes the power to vote or to direct the voting, with respect to such securities.
