Owned Land. The owner of the fee simple estate in the parcels of real property located in the Town of Hudson, County of Hillsborough, State of New Hampshire, as more particularly described in Schedule "A" annexed hereto (together with all estates and development rights now existing or hereafter acquired for use in connection therewith, the "Owned Land")
