Owned or controlled

Owned or controlled. Shall include Technology which Licensor owns or under which Licensor is licensed and has the right to grant sublicenses.

Owned or controlled. Means, with respect to a Anthurium's relationship to a patent, patent application or invention, as of the specified time being (a) owned by Anthurium, (b) owned by a third party that is contractually obligated to assign such patent, patent application or invention to Anthurium and (c) held under license by Anthurium, with the 2 sufficient rights to grant to MedQuist the rights granted under this Agreement, including without limitation the rights granted under Articles 2 and 3.
