Owner Agreement

Owner Agreement. Shall mean that certain Owner Agreement, dated as of the Effective Date, by and among HPTMI, the New Tenant and MI with respect to the Properties for which a Closing has occurred (other than the Kauai Property), as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time as herein or therein provided.
