Owner Utilized Development Rights. The Development Rights utilized by the Lot 58 Existing Building as of the date of the development rights survey of Lot 58, which amount shall be determined by Purchaser's architect, at Purchaser's sole cost and expense, promptly following the date of this Agreement and which amount shall be specified in the ZLDA.
