Owner

Owner. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Preamble. From and after a Triggering Event, Owner shall mean any person who succeeds to Owner's rights and responsibilities under this Agreement.

Owner. Shall mean the Company or the Trust, as the case may be.

Owner. Shall mean A. T. Massey Coal Company, Inc. or the Trust, as the case may be. The Executive agrees that the Owner may be changed to the Company without his or her consent.

Owner. Shall mean Holder and all subsequent holders of the Restricted Shares who derive their chain of ownership through a Permitted Transfer from Holder.

Owner. Means Tyco International Services GmbH (formerly Tyco International Services AG).

Owner. Shall mean the Recipient and all subsequent holders of the Restricted Shares who derive their chain of ownership through a Permitted Transfer from the Recipient.

Owner. Means collectively Mountain Gold Exploration, Inc., ("MGEINC") a Nevada Corporation with 34% interest and Lane Griffin and Associates, an Individual with 66 % ownership of the Property, and each successors and assigns.

Owner. Means collectively Mountain Gold Claims, LLC Series 5, ("MGC") a Nevada Limited Liability Company with 50% interest and Black Rock Exploration LLC ("BRE") a Nevada Limited Liability Company with 50% ownership of the Property, and each of MGC's and BRE's successors and assigns.

Owner. Means collectively Mountain Gold Claims, LLC Series 8, ("MGC") a Nevada Limited Liability Company and its successors and assigns.

Owner. Means the owner of the Alternate Site at which the Pilot Project is sited.
