Owners Liens

Owners Liens. Shall mean any mortgage, pledge, lien, security interest, charge, encumbrance, financing statement, title retention, taxes or any other right or claim of any person claiming through or under Owner other than the interest of Owner as Owner and Owner of the Aircraft hereunder.
