Ownership Demarcation Point. Means, with respect to any Improvement, that point where the Seller Improvement ends and the Buyers Improvements begins. The Ownership Demarcation Point for each Improvement is identified on Exhibit A and the Schedules attached hereto and is shown on the Plan(s) identified in such Schedules.
