Ownership Notice

Ownership Notice. Shall mean the notice of ownership of Capital Stock of the Corporation containing the information required to be set forth or stated on certificates pursuant to the NRS or other applicable law and, in the case of an issuance of Capital Stock by the Corporation (including the Series A Preferred Stock), in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
