PA Warrant Shares

PA Warrant Shares. Any shares issuable upon (i) exercise of warrants issued to the Placement Agent as compensation in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including any advisory warrants, warrants issued upon the closing of the private placement and (ii) five-year warrants issued for the exercise of shares in the aggregate amount of 165,000 shares to Bridge-Financing Note Holders at an exercise price of $3.00 per share.
