Packaging

Packaging. Means, with respect to each Licensed Product, the carton, containers, packaging, edge labels and other proprietary labels, trade dress and wrapping materials, including any jewel case (or other CD-ROM or DVD-ROM container) or parts thereof, but excluding Printed Materials and Format Discs .

Packaging. The packaging for each Product, including without limitation, all cartons, containers, tags, labels, display stands, product inserts and wrapping materials to be used on or with such Product

Packaging. Means, with respect to each Licensed Product, the carton, containers, packaging, edge labels and other proprietary labels, trade dress and wrapping materials, including any jewel case (or other container) or parts thereof (including any portion of the jewel case containing Licensed Trademarks), but excluding Printed Materials and PlayStation Discs.

Means, with respect to each Disc Product, the carton, containers, cases, edge labels, wrapping materials, security seals and other proprietary labels and trade dress elements and wrapping materials of or concerning the Disc Products (and all parts of any of the foregoing) but specifically excluding Printed Materials and PlayStation 3 Format Discs.

Packaging. Means all packaging for the Products.

Packaging. All operations involved in the process of assembly and packaging of the Product into Finished Product ready for sale or supply to a third party in any country in the Territory and "Packaged" shall be construed accordingly
