PACT. Means the Purchasing Alliance for Clinical Therapeutics, L.L.C. group purchasing organization d/b/a "PACT", with offices at 7115 Northland Terrace, Suite 500, Brooklyn Park, MN 55428, and which maintains agreements with vendors for purchasing on a national basis various pharmaceutical, biological and dietary products used by hospitals and other healthcare facilities as part of a group purchasing program.
