PAGING SERVICE. The provision of Domestic one and two-way paging and radiotelephone service pursuant to licenses issued by the FCC pursuant to Subpart E of Part 22 of the FCC Rules and Subpart P of Part 90 of the FCC Rules and all one- and two-way paging and radiotelephone services reasonably ancillary thereto.
