Paradigm Enabled Products
Paradigm Enabled Products. Shall mean products whose development, manufacture, use or sale, in the absence of the license granted by Article 2.12, would infringe at least one (1) claim of an unexpired U.S. or foreign patent owned or controlled by Monsanto covering the Monsanto Enabling Assets.
