Parallel Registration Rights Agreement. Means the Registration Rights Agreement, dated as of February 15, 2000, by and among Microsoft, the Company, and Spacenet, as amended and joined pursuant to the Amendment and Joinder to Registration Rights Agreement, dated as of April 11, 2000, by and among EchoStar Communications Corporation, a Nevada corporation, Furman Selz Investors II L.P., FS Employee Investors LLC, Microsoft, the Company and Spacenet.
