Paratek Materials

Paratek Materials. Means the Materials of Paratek that are required by Almac for the Manufacture of the Product or the performance of Services for Paratek and are supplied by Paratek to Almac pursuant to this Agreement. A description of all Paratek Materials is set forth on Exhibit B.
