Parent Specified Person

Parent Specified Person. Means any Person: (i) who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of or to Parent or any Affiliate of Parent at any time during the period from the Effective Date through the date on which Stockholder leaves Stockholder's Employment; and (ii) with whom Stockholder has or had contact (or with respect to whom Stockholder obtains or obtained confidential information) during the period referred to in clause "(i)" of this sentence.
