Parent. Means any corporation (other than the Company) in an unbroken chain of corporations ending with the Company if each of such corporations other than the Company owns stock possessing 50% or more of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock in one of the other corporations in such chain.

Variations

Parent. Means means any corporation (other than the Company) in an unbroken chain of corporations ending with the Company if if, at the time of the granting of the Option, each of such corporations other than the Company owns stock possessing 50% or more of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock in one of the other corporations in such chain.
