Pari Passu Agreement

Pari Passu Agreement. Shall mean any indenture, credit agreement or other agreement, if any, pursuant to which any Grantor has or will incur Pari Passu Obligations; provided that, in each case, the Indebtedness thereunder has been designated as Pari Passu Obligations pursuant to and in accordance with Section 27.
