Pari Passu Security

Pari Passu Security. Means any class or series of capital stock of the Corporation hereafter created that, by its terms, ranks on parity with the Series G Preferred Stock as to distribution of assets upon Liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Corporation, whether voluntary or involuntary, and payment of dividends on shares of equity securities.
