PARITY EMAIL PRICE. Means the price determined by finding the common point between the Staffing Contact Ratio (on the "x" axis), plus one interval, and the annualized Minimum Number of Ticket Transactions for a given month (on the "y" axis) of the matrix set forth on Exhibit D-2 (or after the Transfer Date, Exhibit D-3).
