Parity Stock. Parity Stock. Parity Stock. Shall mean, with respect to shares of Voting Preferred Stock, any capital stock of the Corporation ranking on a parity with the Voting Preferred Stock, with respect to dividends, distribution in liquidation or any other preference, right or power.
