Parking Charge

Parking Charge. Tenant shall throughout the Term, lease from Landlord up to a total of twenty-six (26) unassigned automobile parking spaces at a cost of Zero Dollars ($0.00) per month per space for the Term of the Lease, including any extensions.

Parking Charge.
