Parking Ratio. The number of parking spaces for each 1,000 rentable square feet of space in the Premises from time to time as specified by the zoning and land use regulations applicable to the Building Project. As of the Date of this Lease, the Parking Ratio is 4 parking spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet
