Parking

Parking. Tenant shall be permitted, free of charge to park 120 cars on a non-exclusive basis in the area(s) designated by Landlord for parking. Tenant shall abide by any and all parking regulations and rules established from time to time by Landlord or Landlord's parking operator.

Parking. Tenant shall be permitted, upon payment of the then prevailing monthly rate (as set by Landlord from time to time) to park sixty-five (65) cars on a non-exclusive basis in the area(s) designated by Landlord for parking. Landlord reserves the right to separately charge Tenant's guests and visitors for parking.

Thirty-Seven (37) unreserved spaces, provided Tenant may elect to designate up to three (3) of such unreserved spaces as reserved spaces and up to three (3) additional of such unreserved spaces as executive valet spaces, which reserved and executive valet spaces shall be in locations to be determined by Landlord.

Tenant shall have at no additional charge the right to use six (6) parking stalls per one thousand (1,000) rentable square feet of the Premises, for a total of five hundred twenty-six (526) parking stalls, on a non-exclusive basis in the areas designated by Landlord for parking.
