Example Definitions of "Parking"
Parking. Tenant shall be entitled to the nonexclusive use of one hundred ninety-five (195) parking spaces. The charge for parking shall be $0.00 per month per parking space for the initial term of this Lease. Landlord may permit Tenant to rent additional spaces, if available, at the then current parking rate. Parking. Tenant shall abide by any and all parking regulations and rules established from time to time by Landlord.
