Mobile wireless voice and data service provided pursuant to licenses issued by the FCC pursuant to Part 27 of the FCC Rules and all mobile voice and data services reasonably ancillary thereto, other than with respect to the provision of multi-channel video programming service and data services reasonably ancillary thereto.
