Participant Agreement

Participant Agreement. An employment or services agreement between a Participant and the Employer, which describes the terms and conditions of such Participant's employment or service with the Employer, and is effective on the applicable date of grant with respect to any Award.

Participant Agreement. Shall mean, with respect to any Participant, the Participant's employment, severance, management or similar agreement or arrangement with any member of the Company Group.

Participant Agreement. Means the Agreement signed by Participant that evidences his or her participation in the Plan. A blank Participation Agreement is attached to this Plan and incorporated herein by this reference.

Participant Agreement. Participant agreements for transactions in Baskets of the Funds, in accordance with the Registration Statement and Prospectus

Participant Agreement. Shall mean the agreement entered into between the Company and a Participant pursuant to which the Participant is granted Class P Units and which sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to the Class P Units.

Participant Agreement. Means an employment or other services agreement between a Participant and the Company or an Affiliate that describes the terms and conditions of such Participant's employment or service with the Company or an Affiliate and is in effect as of the date the Committee approves the grant of the applicable Award to the Participant.

Participant Agreement. Means an employment or other services agreement between a Participant and the Service Recipient that describes the terms and conditions of such Participant's employment or service with the Service Recipient and is effective as of the date of determination.

Participant Agreement. Participant Agreement means a written agreement between an entity and The Resource Group entered into for the purpose of allowing the entity to participate in this Agreement.
