Participant Shares

Participant Shares. Collectively the shares of Common Stock deposited by a Participant as Share Deposits and the shares of Common Stock purchased for the Account of a Participant with his Cash Deposits. Prior to the Effective Date, Participant Shares were called "Sixty-Five Percent Shares."
