Participating Affiliates. Means inTEST EMS LLC, Temptronic Corporation, Ambrell Corporation, inTEST Pte. Ltd., inTEST Thermal GmbH, Ambrell BV, Ambrell Ltd, and any such Affiliates that the Committee designates from time to time as corporations that shall participate in this Plan.
