Participating Holder

Participating Holder. Shall mean any Holder of Registrable Securities that has returned a completed and signed Notice and Questionnaire to the Company in accordance with Section 2(b) hereof.

Participating Holder. Shall mean, with respect to a Shelf Registration Statement, any Holder entitled to have any of its Registrable Securities included in such Shelf Registration Statement pursuant to Section 2(b) hereof.

Participating Holder. Means any Holder that has elected to include Registrable Securities in a Registration Statement pursuant to Section 2

Participating Holder. Means any Holder of any Registrable Securities included in a registration.

Participating Holder. Means any Holder on whose behalf Registrable Securities are registered pursuant to Sections 2, 3 or 4 hereof.

Participating Holder. A holder of Company securities that is described in clause (a). of Section 2.8 and that, in compliance with Section 2.8, has acquired rights to have such securities registered under the Securities Act by having them included in a registration statement filed by the Company

Participating Holder. A Holder who has elected to include its Registrable Securities in a Registration Statement

Participating Holder. Means, any Holder that has submitted a Registration Request or notified the Company that it desires to participate in a Demand Registration pursuant to Section 2

Participating Holder. A holder of Registrable Securities who has agreed in writing to be subject to certain provisions of this Agreement as provided in Section 8(b) or Section 9(b) hereof.

Participating Holder. Means with respect to any registration, any Holder of Registrable Securities covered by the applicable Registration Statement.
