Participating Stockholder

Participating Stockholder. Any Family Member, Charitable Organization or Participating Stockholder Organization which has executed a counterpart of this Agreement and delivered a copy thereof to all other Participating Stockholders, any Family Member, Charitable Organization or Participating Stockholder Organization, which hereafter executes and delivers an Amendment, and is bound by the terms hereof.
