Participating Subsidiary

Example Definitions of "Participating Subsidiary"
Participating Subsidiary. Means any Subsidiary of the Company that is designated from time-to-time by the Administering Body in the Offering as eligible to participate in the Plan.
Participating Subsidiary. Shall mean any Subsidiary which has been authorized by the Board or the Committee to participate in the Plan.
Participating Subsidiary. A Subsidiary which has been designated by the Administrator as covered by the Plan
