Participation Period Factor. Means a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of months (including partial months, rounded up to the next whole month) the Participant participates during the Performance Cycle and the denominator of which is the number of months in the Performance Cycle. The Committee, in its sole discretion, may adjust the Participation Period Factor.
